Help me, im trying to find one person >_

Few days ago one nice person message me, but i think i deleted the message and also i dont remember if i send message back before or not :((( The ONLY thing i know about this person that they are from the same country (Lithuania) and i know that they have a little flag next to their username. If the person is reading this, Please message me again, im soooo clumsy, please forgive me. And if someone saw a person wit the same flag as me (From top to bottom: Yellow, Green and Red) can you inform me? i would be sooo happy. I think it was my only chance to know one person from my own country with the same hobby, so now im worried that maybe i upset that person by not responding .... Please KIND HEART PEOPLE HELP ME :((((
