Dude same situation, except I am not interested in dating at all lol. And I, too probably would never ever give up yaoi just because someone doesn't like it, that just makes no sense. Plus if there's really a guy (or girl) that would be scared off because you love something, there's no way you'd be able to spend your life with that guy. (╬￣皿......   2 reply

I'm a hardcore Fujoshi with no interest in boy-girl or girl-girl relationships, which is the biggest cockblock my love life can have. Well Im not interested in dating at this moment, but i understand how you feel. Im 17 so my family isnt pressuring about marriage or something, but one thing i wanted to say is that you shouldnt worry to much, you are still young and you will find your suitable partner who will accept you and your hobbies. All my best friends (all femiles) are fujoshi and we all go crazy if we see a guy in our class be too close to some other guy. We even created a name for the ship and now most of the class ship :3 . hmm I only have my current BF as an example, but he is totally fine with it I guess. After we got together he saw my Yaoi manga collection so I asked his opinion. He gave me the best answer XD "why should I be against it? I dont have to read it. Its your taste and its ok". Indeed, he is very liberal. Yes There was this guy that I was getting involved with, we weren't dating but we had feelings for each other and we both knew that sooner or later we'd be official...until I told him about yaoi. He isn't a homophobe but it made him VERY uncomfortable and he kept saying things like "that gay shit" and "why are you so fucked up" very rudely. I figur......   1 reply
