You cannot “breed” humans in the way you are suggesting. Humans cannot be placed in an enclosure and be coerced to have sex as animals can. Differences in different types of humans can’t be compared to differences in species like dogs or cats. And this would be extremely idiotic. Why would you want to breed disabled people?
