Well, I'm a straight girl and that's not going to change because I read yaoi.
I don't think Yaoi manga can influence one's sexuality, unless the person is already having thoughts about it I guess. I don't think people just look at something like yaoi and decide that they are a homosexual unless the feelings are already present.
