Subjective, really depending on where you use it, especially dark humour in regards to recent events.
Rule of thumb is be careful, and if anyone is uncomfortable with what you're saying or joking about, switch topics and probably apologize.
I love dark humour, but I know there are a lot of people who don't, and provided they aren't a huge jerkfac......
