Okay so what if a person A is really drunk and starts getting touchy with person B but again is super drunk. Does that mean if the person A that is initiating it, count as a consent? Like does person B not get filled with rape?
No you idiot. An intoxicated person cannot give consent under any circumstances. Person B can still be accused of rape regardless of if person A appeared to want it or not. reply
