Shotas exist hand in hand with lolis. Bunch of creeps wanting to see kiddies sexualized. Pedophilia was already a problem in Japan, due to cultural and social issues (they've worked on it), but the way people are trying to normalize it in the west is gross. So basically, seeing little kids in media is fine but when they get sexualized it's a no-no.
