I don't know if it really is the most twisted but it's definitely one of the worse I had.
Sometimes I imagine I kidnapped somebody and made them suffer to the point of insanity. Cutting, kicking and binding them. And when they would be begging me to stop while crying, I'd feel satisfied and happy because I'd know that their life was in my hands. Pl......
