Uh, I personally don't know anyone who gets headaches from lychee drinks. But you should still try to avoid them as much as possible if that's the case for you. I've read before that lychee contains some toxic substances and your body probably cannot take or tolerate them or smth,, idk I ain't a medical professional lmao.
