For me it just 2 of my friends that know i read yaoi. And lately i met one of my senior that also read yaoi and sometimes we talk about some yaoi manga.
but my family didn't know...and i think its best if they never know, (￣∇￣")
my parents could get a heart attack if they know their oldest child read this kind of manga ╥﹏╥
