I was watching Youtube one day and stumbled across a pretty popular yaoi anime, Gravitation. I started watching it and I was instantly hooked. I started to look into the genre and now I read yaoi almost everyday lol.   4 reply

My sister indirectly introduced me to yaoi by saving some amazing fan art "accidentally" to my file that had the same name as her folder, the art she saved was kissing and fluff so I wasn't grossed out because I was busy imbracing the art. No one introduce me to BL tough.. cause it rare to see someone open with them liking BL in my country cause it is taboo for guyxguy relationship here. But I know there's plently of them who like yaoi except the fact I have no friends around me that like it. Not even one. I found it myself. It was about 10 years ago, when I was looking for anime to watch I found a BL and watched it and thought the couple was incredibly cute. When I was little I loved Sailor Moon and Card Captor Sakura and everyone knows Haruka and Michiru were a couple, same as Touya and Yukito and that Tomoyo was in love with Sakura.
