Well there are fujoshi's and fudanshi's, fujoshi's are mostly more into yaoi because they like men, so they think it cute to watch them have sex, in fudanshi cases, I would assume it would be mostly gay guys, for the same reason as girls, but there are "straight" guys who read yaoi, just cause they like it? Its really kinky. AND yes, after reading yaoi manga I could always imagine myself being a guy just to be in the place of a uke.
