I'm not too sure myself but maybe if they like the nipple stuff and enjoy it then maybe that may happen?
But I think it really depends on the individual.
Like for example; maybe there is a dude that may LOVE the nipple play, but their current partner may suck at doing it; but their ex may have been a pro at it so... idk.
