I'm not a straight guy, but I am asexual, so going by the same thinking, I shouldn't like yaoi. I think our reasons are because it is aesthetically pleasing. The stories are and the sex scenes are. Kind of like admiring art or eating good food. It really has nothing to do with being sexually attracted to male bodies.
