So, a little while ago I had this discussion with my brother, as we're both working adults now.
There are this social stigma and peer pressure around us (unlike when we're both still young ) that the normal thing to do is to get married.
If not, you're weird, or something is wrong with you.
But honestly ? seriously? will you ?

I've been married 20 years. We have been together over 30 years. I think we got married in reaction to my dad dying when we both realised life is short. I have never regretted a single moment with my partner. The strange thing is I never planned to get married.
