i got bed at around 12-1 am and wake up at 7 am . i'm so frickin proud of myself. before i used to go to bed at like 3 or 4am sometimes even 6 am and wake up at 7 or 8 am . it was common for me to not get any sleep at all and i used to live off of coffee and energy drinks. somehow i got my sleep schedule in check by the help of melatonin
