Cute Mangas make me sad?

I love fluff/cute mangad but does this ever happen to you that when you see a GOOD manga w understanding friends and a healthy relationship WHERE THEY COMMUNICATE W EACH OTHER instead of fighting and not takin,I get jealous because I dont know,I haven't got a lot of friends (that's anxiety) and I just wish I had?
I just wish I had friends like that maaaaan
