Not really, most omegaverse mangas seem to have too big of a social and power gap, I'd hate that. Our world is pretty messed up too, but such a thing added would surely divide the social classes and make it hard to live as anything.
As an alpha, though privileged, you'd probably be considered a shameful person if you didn't live up to the expectat......
