the reason it's called mulan is bc it's more historically accurate to the original folk tale that the animated film was inspired by. it was probably made to bring more cultural awareness to their folklore. im not watching it either and i know the chinese government/main actress is terrible but as a chinese american your statement is still pretty fu......
