Hey there, as a Trans man who got bottom surgery just recentlly, I can assure you that it's not that easy unfortunately. The Penis itself can not get erect, thats because they take a skin graft ( most likely of your forearm). This skin doesn't contain Erectile tissue like a normal Penis would, so there is no way to get an erection without a penis p......   2 reply

You really should just google this. Short answer: yes, the penis works. There is a pump in the testicles to inflate the penis to simulate an erection. Yes they can orgasm from stimulating the penis.
