so uhh as the title says I really need some help fixing my sleep schedule like i only get like 5 or 3 hrs of sleep every single day and since I'm a student it's very bad for me, So do you guys have any recommendations on what to do? Also what about your sleep schedule is it worst than mine?
u gotta give up. i tried and it didnt work, our body is alrd under the impression that this is how it is. that 3hrs is our normal sleep
