1. Please stop hurting your body, you only have one. Instead, try other methods to relieve your stress. It can be tough adjusting but harming yourself isn't the best option. 2. If you did your wrists you could have used a strap to cover it. But well to late now. Check the swim club rules maybe you can use a surfer like suit. And we'll obviously best would be to stop cutting and finding a better coping mechanism. If u prefer a violent like mechanism maybe use a rubber band on your wrist or buy a book to fuck up when stress......   reply

Maybe instead of cutting you could go on a run? Journal your thoughts, punch the wall, scream, cry, but please don’t hurt yourself. If you need someone to talk to I will be here   reply

Hey, I hope you know that I care genuinely care about you and hope you get through this. Disinfect your scars to avoid infection! Try to stop cutting when your swim club starts!
