Try giving yourself about an hour and a half everyday(or two hours if you really want to) to read yaoi and for the rest of the day you focus on other things. You could try a new hobby, study, or distract yourself with a Youtube video or something. At night, put your phone in a different room than the one you sleep in so you won't be tempted to read......
