Agree with previous users that Jun Mochizuki's art (Pandora Hearts, Vanitas no Carte) is very beautiful.
I also love Scarlet Beriko's art (Jackass! Sawatte Ii tte Dare ga Itta yo?, Jealousy).
And, of course, I can't leave Ichikawa Kei (Blue Sky Complex), Yoneda Kou (Saezuru Tori wa Habatakanai) and Enjo (Usagi no Mori) out of this list.
