Technically, you shouldn't be reading yaoi, but I'm 14 and I've been reading it since i was 12 years old. A lot of people read yaoi underage, but just don't say it in real life. It's actually more common than you'd think. I think it's just a matter of maturity and personal preference. Hope that helped:)
