Weight tricks-diet
I feel you, I had so many problems with weight, and it got out of hand. I've tried to lose the weight, what works for me best is to make smoothies, 2 meals are smoothies, full of vitamins, fruits, veggies, nothing bad for you, no milk, (instead almond, soy, or coconut) and no sugar. And the other meal is a salad or something healthier with less calories. Make sure to have plenty of fluids and low calorie snacks. No chocolate. Other things i've tried is during your day to do some jumping jacks or jog in place for around 15 minutes, just once a day helps!

Protein is a biggie for feeling satiated. Obviousy being careful with choosing healthy sources. For smoothies, add some greek yogurt, oats, protein powder, or etc to help you stay fuller, longer.
"No chocolate"
a small bar of dark chocolate would be fine, milk chocolate is packed with sugar
that's the biggest thing, try to steer clear of the sugar, and keep your portions small
