My heaight is 5'3 btw
When I was in grade 7 I was at 52 kg all throughout the sy, but at the time I thought that I was very very fat bcs of my stomach and arms. But in reality I was actually pretty thin, I just didn't know it
But during gr 8-10 I started gaining weight reaching up to 61 kg
When I graduated jhs I was so sick of myself for being fat af that I started doing some jogging every morning for a few months. Luckily b4 school started I reached up to 54 kg and I was pretty happy with myself.
But then christmass ss happened and we went to the US, boi their serving there is fuking massive like a lot lot
A meal for one is already enough for 3 of us???? + long story short- I don't like american serving nor their food. Just not for me
So when I got home haha, I went back to 58 kg
When quarantine happened, I started working out- like really working out. I started watching Chloe Ting, Blogilates, Emi Wong, Madfit, Pamela Reif, Jump Rope Dudes and etc just so I can loose weight.
I already have a fitness mat so instead I bough more 4kg dumbells, resistant bands, booty bands, 2 jump ropes with diff weight each. And so I started working out a lot
My diet was pretty whack ngl so I opted to lessen what I eat too, I stopped eating rice ((you can revoke my asian card)) and changed it to eating salads instead. I only drink smoothies for brekfast, and for dinner I just eat more salad.
Thankfully I started loosing weight. Currently I'm at 49 kg but my goal is 45 kg since I still have a lot of belly fat.
I want to have some abs and to tone out my arms more. But rn I'm really happy with the progress I made :)))
Working out is really fun once you get used to it. You just need to get past the terrifying 2 weeks of pain but after that its a breeze. Just keep on doing it and eventually you'll find what suits you the most.
