Got shocked by a Harry/Voldie fanfic, lol

Wow, that takes me years back! I was 12 when I first heard the term "yaoi", though at first didn't know what it means. A friend recommended me a Harry Potter fanfic, saying that it's a yaoi. And I was like "great, I love yaoi!". I started reading and was like "omfg, two males?! HOW". It wasn't explicit and some scenes just implied that there was smex involved, so I totally had no idea how that worked... And there was even mpreg, so a double shock to my young and VERY impressionable mind, haha. I guess the first yaoi anime I ever watched was Gravitation. As for manga... That was over a decade ago, so I have totally no idea, since I read thousands of manga sice then.
