Family abusing/killing me

Weird type of nightmares. I keep having dreams of my family members attacking me. My mom hitting me continuously with a wooden board. My dad slamming my head with a hammer over and over. My twin brother sitting in the front seat of the cat laughing hysterically as we fall and crash into a canyon.

Not only them killing me but also me dying in numerous ways. Falling into a pitch dark hole. Falling countless times off my house's roof...

My family is not physically abusif irl, but they make me feel oppressed not a single talking back to my parents even if i didn't do anything wrong, having no one to stand up for me if my brothers bully me, my mom just watches and says may god forgive them, then blames me for not standing up for myself or for being afraid of expressing my opinion in other situations outside of house.
