Okay so already you're starting off wrong. Dieting isn't a long-term solution. Things like Keto and Intermittent Fasting aren't going to keep the weight off if you only do them temporarily, but what they will do is fuck up how you see food and your relationship with food and eating if you keep at them for long enough. Same for something like Calor......   reply
