two words: going out
sometimes my anxiety gets so bad i get so self aware of everything i do it ends up affecting the way i walk and then i think about how weird my walking is
also people looking at me when i eat outside bruh i- (i obv know they mean no harm but my brain is ooF)

Hearing the doorbell ring when I'm on the main floor and can be seen through the windows.
Being barked at by dogs when I'm minding my own business.
