Totally depends on the setting. I'm always bothered when it isn't consensual but the parts act as if it is after a while, which means the author didn't really care about whether it's rape or not.
When it is very obvious it's rape and it makes the story interesting it doesn't bother me. If to author makes the story go further like that and it didn'......
