I used to sleep a lot when I had depression. It was those days where sleeping was much better than dealing with reality. I don't recommend sleeping too much since it'll make you feel like shit... just like how sleep-deprivation will also make you feel like shit. Sleep 8 hours a day, don't stay up too late.
