I am very prone to getting overweight if I don't control My diet carefully & strictly. So for some time, say...for about a month may be?.....I wanna eat to my heart's content without worrying about putting on weight or getting fat >_<
I do intermittent fasting but it's not like I gain weight from eating. I gain weight from sitting. I only eat 2 meals a day, either breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner. It's usually the latter. And drink lots of water before and after meals. Good luck! (▰˘◡˘▰)
Cheering you on! If you dont mind my experience was exercising a lot and putting a lot of weight if I stoped instantly. I went for dietary consultations from sport trainer (a gold medalist in culturistics btw) and here is what he told me and it works for me. 1. Exercises are helpful but its25-30% of impact, 70% is diet. 2. If you feel hungry your diet lacks balance. 3. If you are still hungry find other sensory pleasures (like smoking incense, going for a walk, play with dog, looking at art, ehem..have more sex) 4. The eating habits/ food carvings/ tastes come from the familly "traditions" and can be changed 5. Takes like a month to loose apetite for shugar with good diet and herbs for cleaning the body from fungus and bacterias that make the boody crave for it. 6. Eat 5-6 times a day but small
He told me to eat 1 hour before sleeping, only protein rich food, but I feel better not eating at all after 18.
Now i dont exercise so much, but dont but on weight - lost a lot of apetite and feel satisfied with small meals...
I think that you actually can be proud of yourself! :3 you already did so much now you only have to hold it and that is a bit hard so good luck! and yeah as all said workout is good for everyone no matter what size :3 (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
Just do workout everyday (don't if you tired or sick). I really watch my weight, but i can still eat whatever i want without worry. i am a type of people who can gain weight easily, but i do some workout and it's work :)
Yeah! I totally get you! I regularly work out(otherwise I'll put on weight within weeks!). And if I give in to the temptation & end up eating more than My daily calorie intake, I try to burn it off by working out a bit more (๑•ㅂ•)و✧

i understand you completely. i suggest if you want to eat to your heart content you should 1) exercise or do something to burn the calories or 2) eat in small portions for every 3-4 hours. ps. that picture make me craving for pancake ლ(´ڡ`ლ)

I tried really hard, worked out, followed a proper diet & now I am, what you can say is "normal" size. Not thin & but not overweight either. So I have to really watch it before putting anything with high calorie in my mouth (like those delicious pancakes!! (≧∀≦) But thanks again! (⌒▽⌒)

Me too, im trying to get my ideal weight (half way there (๑•ㅂ•)و✧) i live in dormitory with no kitchen so my diet its not proper. Another info i want to add, drink water with lemon squeezed after you eat. I prefer drink it hot.
