Eat what I crave
I eat a lot more than my friends do, and I always just eat whatever I crave (not like a pregnant person), and I generally stay around 140 lb :)
I really don't crave sugar much though.
I think high metabolisms run in my family. Mine generally slows down when I go to college, but it picks up again when I go home because my job takes a lot of physical effort (and if I don't eat enough when I work I'll get low blood sugar, which sucks).
So lots of food + exercise = high metabolism YAY!
