I used to sleep a lot when I had depression. It was those days where sleeping was much better than dealing with reality. I don't recommend sleeping too much since it'll make you feel like shit... just like how sleep-deprivation will also make you feel like shit. Sleep 8 hours a day, don't stay up too late. It's normal for me. I sleep for 16 hrs daily. Sometimes more if I don't feel well (mentally and emotionally). Even when I was a student I sleep in all of my classes that sometimes I am made to take the class standing up so I don't fall asleep. I am also usually just awake after midnight till early morning. At this point I don't actually give a fck ......   reply
