Lifting weights gives me a real rush, I don't know why... I guess I like to feel the pain when my muscles 'burnout'. Plus, I love seeing how my body improves!(≧∀≦)
Weight lifting is my absolute passion! I'm 5'3 too (160cm) but on the contrary I would love to look buff lol I love training hamstrings, arms and shoulders.
Right now I'm so scared of going back to the gym after quarantine and dealing with the strength loss... Just when I had managed to do biceps curls with the 25kg bar ╥﹏╥
Been trying to stay active at home but it gets boring with my limited weights (3 and 10kg only)
I like reaching my goals and see the small improvement! But I enjoy pain in the legs, but my arms/ core are harder, I think it's because It's harder to distance yourself from it you know?
Same! :D My favorite things to do are squats with a squat bar and dead-lifts. Last time I dead-lifted I was up to 205lbs! Another good thing to do is hitting a punching bag. That will for sure wear you out, but it also gets anger out. Its fun :P
Arms are really fun to work on too, but recently I've been focusing on my back more. I'm just glad I'm female, because I don't want to look too buff, as I'm only 5'3" and it'd look weird.
