Tried To Kill Yourself

The only reason why i don't do it is because i actually have a loving family and people around me that would suffer if i was gone. As long as i have someone depending on me even if it's only for emotional stability i will stay. Persist, if you don't live for yourself live for somebody else.   reply

I almost did. This might sound corny but, I actually left bunch letters in my closet for my dad. I was getting ready. I got stuff packed in a bag so my dad wont have to pack it himself. I try water fasting a day to lose weight but my mom bought a burger and chocolate cake. And I had depression and stress. Stress make me eat so I'm gonna eat my way to death cuz there's no point of dieting if my mom always buy delicious food   reply

mental health is a touchy subject ,, but it's fascinating how the mind works to cope . my personal knowledge is based on my experiences and others i know ,, depression is terrifying , truely . if you want this question answered professionally , i suggest contacting a psychiatrist .   reply
