so i really need help.

im a teen girl, and ever since i was 11 ive been really addicted to masturbating. i masturbate every single day, and at least 4 times a day. its gone to the point where it affects my everyday life. like, multiple occasions happened where i suddenly got horny during my online classes, in the car, and even at a friends house.

i really want to stop this addiction because i have even masturbated when multiple people were in the same room.

i feel disgusted that i do this everyday, and i cant stop.

please help, how do i stop??
