I don’t see why not. Its especially annoying when people complain about slow Lezhin uploads when they could easily access it online and spending a bit of extra money that probably would’ve gone towards a coffee. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭   reply

Seems completely fair! An example I’ve seen is Xei, a past uploader for Cherry Blossoms Under Winter. What happened to Xei is really sad, and it’s weird that people trash uploaders, who are using their precious time to give us something that we’d probably have to otherwise pay for. They don’t appreciate the process behind uploading, and may......   reply

I completely agree. I just never wrote in fear of what was to happen. I would love to see how people react once they realized that what these people are doing for us, we are taking for granted.   reply

Recently I started a new project and I've already seen a few discouraging comments saying that ''It was cliché'' and that they dropped it... WHO drops a manga on the first chapter and do you have to announce it publicly? Really, bitch? really? Another one was dissing the characters even though like I said again, it's only the first chapter and you......   3 reply

seems fair. i just read stuff but it seems like making one lose what they got would make them realize its importance.   2 reply

Soooooooooo, I know a lot of people will disagree with me, especially those which are the cause of the problem, but I think it could have a good effect in the long-run.
Following the recent events with ungrateful brats complaining and trashing uploaders/solo translators/scanlation groups, I think it would do a lot of good if they could go on a "strike" for a few days to a week. As annoying as it sounds, it would make people understand that they should be grateful to all the amazing persons that are taking time from their lives to upload and/or translate(and everything that goes with the process of translating a chapter, that is e.g. cleaning, typesetting...) and spend money on the raws/official translations for everyone to enjoy for FREE. They will, therefore, see that if it wasn't for those amazing people they are annoying with their stupid complaints or straight-out harassments, they would not be able to enjoy any of those great mangas/manhwas/webcomics they so much love.
Obviously, it might be annoying to all the other readers that have been nothing but respectful and patient, but it would only be temporary and it would most probably be a blessing in disguise.
Mind you that I am not saying that they SHOULD do that, just that I believe this might be a good solution. I myself as a reader and uploader, I would totally support that. It would be annoying, for sure, but if this is the price to pay for people to understand that uploaders, solo translators and scanlation groups DO NOT own them anything. They are not required to do any of this. They have no obligation whatsoever. Yet, they still do it out of pure kindness for every one of us to enjoy.
End of my unpopular opinion. Again, please do not trash me┗( T﹏T )┛
Ps: Thank you to all the amazing sweethearts that make it possible for us to enjoy all of those mangas/manhwas/webcomics! You're underappreciated gems! We love you (づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ
