Both parents always knew. I did sorta come out to my dad because they were divorced. I told him because I was in a relationship and people were talking, I knew he knew but we never directly addressed it. I had a little speech ready but 10 seconds in he laughed and said "yeah yeah I know you're a c*cks*ucker lol I know I know. Don't get aids!!!" he ......   3 reply

i'm here for romance and good art ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭ (also for an escape but that's beside the point) of course, there are people who are like that in the community, but there are also people like that outside of the community. we can't stop people from choosing to be bigoted, unfortunately   reply

Okay, there are people who read bl because of the fetish gay stuff. However, there are a bunch of people who just read the story because of plot, fluff, etc. Things in bl stories wouldn't happen, if it wasn't for the couple liking each other or being involve with each other. Sat them down on the couch, started crying, and then told them. My mom didn't talk to me for a week right after, other than to tell me food was ready and stuff like that. It was a long talk. We're still working on it. She still hasn't accepted. But I think we're getting somewhere.   2 reply

I was called a whore at age 13 by my own mother because I came out as pan. I was called disgusting by classmates. I was told by my cousins that I needed to go to conversion therapy. I was told "you'll get over it", and my personal favorite, "It's just a phase." I was called delusional. I was told by my father that I didn't know what I was talking a......   4 reply

I'm straight, but I have a lot of friends who are a part of the LGBTQ+ community. I sincerely hope all of you struggling because of your sexuality or gender identity overcome it and that everything gets better for all of you. Nobody deserves to be treated this badly because of who they love-I probably won't ever be able to understand how much you s......   reply
