Hi! Non-binary person here! 1. there are no main elements! It may sound weird but being non-binary is literally how YOU feel about your own gender. I pretty much agree with every statement. I don't know much about pansexuality roots so i cant say if it has transphobic and/or biphobic roots. Now, this is only my point of view which many people share but for me pansexuality is being attracted to any person no matter what gender they are.
