It might've been low blood sugar, but that depends on how badly you were shaking. It would explain why it stopped after you ate the snack, especially if the snack was sugary.   reply

I have serious sleep paralysis but I dont think I've experienced shaking and uncomfortableness tho...that's not something people experience normally. You might want to check up with professionals. Also there's chances that you got possessed(well i believe in these stuff) so how about you keep a holy item(if you're religious)next to you? Like a bles......   1 reply
