Is it just me or do the people in the dream start acting creepy and weird af if you realize it's a dream

I'm super aware that I'm in a dream. In almost every dream I know that I'm dreaming so if I'm dreaming about something I like, sorta like a movie, I can replay that again and again until I get bored and move on or decide to wake up. Opposite of that if I'm dreaming something I dislike, I can conjure up another dream route or just wake up. Because of this ability, I often don't have "scary" dreams because I understand it's just a dream so I either conjure up a new dream route or choose to wake up.

Or do you just forget them after waking up

This is gonna be longer so I'm sorry for that and any spelling errors in advance. Also if your sensitive to the talk of death and suicide pls don't read thank you

So I keep having nightmares very frequently. Sometimes when I lay my head down on my pillow I can hear my own thoughts echo in my head, except it sounds like its coming out if broken headphones. Everytime I try to take a nap I keep having nightmares. I've had 6 nightmares in a total of three naps. So I'll tell each dream that I've had so far and I don't know what they mean

-My first dream-
I was in a barral of gasoline and I was stuck. Soon after while I'm still in the barrel of gasoline and it was lit on fire
-My second dream-
I'm dying on the floor, but everyone else I know is in the same room as me. I kept trying to get them to look at me as I was telling them I'm gonna die but no one paid attention. So I had just died on thr floor
-My third dream-
I fell down a big black hole. At the end of the black hole was an endless pit of water. I drowned in the water.
-My fourth dream-
My head was cut off by a fan blade. Thats all there was fr
-My fifth dream-
I overdosed from benedryll on purpose in that dream. I died from overdose
-My sixth dream-
I was in a pure white area, then I heard a voice say oh no! After that the vouce said close your eyes. The area went pitch black after the voice had said that. When it went pitch black the voice said do you wanna know something? I woke up soon after and didn't get to hear the voice finish

If you made it this far thank you for listening! I don't know, but I feel like I might be going insane somehow. I've also heard bells b4, like the cat toy type but my cats asleep at the time. It sounded like it was in my room but I think ut was just my head again. Also hope everyone has a great day/night

https://www.dictionaryofobscuresorrows.com/

This website is my favourite thing in this world and that's me saying something. This the info I just copied. Anyway, find a word that sticks out to you and tell me. (Please note, these words are not in the dictionary, these are words that have been created to make a change in the human language. So that's that.)

Here: The Dictionary of Obscure Sorrows is a compendium of invented words written by John Koenig. Each original definition aims to fill a hole in the language—to give a name to emotions we all might experience but don’t yet have a word for.

All words in this dictionary are new. They were not necessarily intended to be used in conversation, but to exist for their own sake; to give a semblance of order to a dark continent, so you can settle it yourself on your terms, without feeling too lost—safe in the knowledge that we’re all lost.

Hi everyone! I would love to read about you're own experiences with dreams that made an impact on yourselves (good ones, bad ones, funny ones...).

I'll share mine: (sad, tw: death)

So, the day I knew one of my most important friends suffered a sudden death, he appeared in my dreams. We were at a high school and he was giving me all of his important pertenences, telling me that he wanted me to have them. But I was refusing all of it. I didn't want to accept them because that I knew that was a farewell and he was saying goodbye.

I woke up pretty anxious, kinda crying, thinking that yes, I was not ready to say goodbye and that dream really made a big impact on me till this day.

I had one yesterday. It's not necessarily weird, but maybe it's a sign I've been reading too much yaoi. I dreamt that I was a guy and I had sex with another guy. I was the top. I felt guilty because I don't want to fetishize gay sex or anything.

I know this is a dumb question and all but like what is your weirdest dream? My one would definnetly be that one time i dreamt that I was recording myself with a camera (duh what else) in my room but suddenly i put a date in my eyes and some flesh came off and it started bleeding....i know i know pretty weird and fucked up but i cant control my dreams.so i told my siblings the next day and their reactions were priceless!(๑•ㅂ•)و✧
