The not-crying-when-being-yelled-at thing took practice for me, I basically just realized it made my situation worse and learned to hold it in over time. But i always end up crying about it after they’re gone/the situation is over - all the emotions just flood back And idk about the laughing thing, ultimately u just have to keep your mind on top......   reply
