Psychopaths and sociopaths well I thought they both are same before but after reading TBMD and watching Hannibal series and reading some cases I got freaking full of knowledge ,I do like psychopaths I mean not in my sense of loving them but thy r very smart since psychopaths are born with it and sociopaths made during their life or with incidents ......   reply

Pretty simple answer here, if you believe in the death penalty, he would deserve it. He committed first degree murder (multiple times), unlawful imprisonment, assault... and on... I believe, that psychopaths should receive not a death penalty if they wrongdoing. It is simply as they said, psychopaths may not be able to help it. Many are fine, and do fine, indeed. I learned from an Abnormal Psychology course a few years back that there's not an actual term for being a "psychopath" or "sociopath," though they can be described by personality disorders.
