Eat Without Getting Fat

When I was younger, I was the sort who could eat as much as I wanted of anything and not gain a single pound but now. It's a little different now. After my first pregnancy that changed. I gained 20 pounds more with the next. I'm not 'fat' now, but I'm definitely heavier than I ought to be and it doesn't want to come off. Something in my metabol......   reply

My brother and I are always fighting because he is such a glutton.I mean seriously he eats like every 30 min but does not even gain a single kilo.... and it's not like he is the athletic type whereas I work out and eat in moderation but still gain weight...can someone explain to me why is life so unfair...? ┗( T﹏T )┛   3 reply

Big appetites run in my family. While most of my friends eat very little, I tend to go for the upsize meal, if you know what I mean. It's like, watching them starve themselves just so they can stay thin. Not me, I have maintained my weight since I was 12 and have flunctuated, but never far from the original number.   reply

I've always had a fast metabolism and I naturally eat A LOT like A LOT so it's great for me because I get to eat my favorite foods without having to worry about gaining excess weight.   reply

Well I always had to stop myself and do a lot of exercise to burn the calories.... went for professional dietary consultation, changed my way of thinking, and now eat as much as I want, but I just teached my body to be satisfied with much less and different food. Seriously it stopped to be a problem.   reply
