At the age of 19 my weight is 44kg and now i'm 22 and still 44kg... I ate a lot but still no changes at all.... Guess i'll never getting fat??   1 reply

I can eat whatever I want but not get fat, however I'm always hungry no matter what I eat so it's difficult. In elementary school I started thinking I was fat (no idea how, no one ever told me that) and I stopped eating in the cafeteria. I in my 20's now.. When i was young, i always afraid to became fat. So i always eat little portion, with 3-5 times per day. And make it not hungry and not so full when i eat my portion. Since child to teen, i make through that dietary. But when there is sewing class and teacher told us to measure our body. We tend to get all person their waist meas......   reply

I have no problem eating without getting fat. The only problem is for example, I might eat a bagel for breakfast. I'm still hungry so I have something else , in an amount that will keep me full until at least lunch. I have to eat big meals all the time or I'll just never not be hungry. If I don't eat that much at breakfast and don't become full, ......   reply

Basically you can eat with out getting fat ._. All you need to do is not eat so much in a day. Basically eat two meals a day but in different hours. And make sure you so little exercise by walking around do something to keep your body motivated and make sure you snack on something healthy at least once or twice for different hours. I asked people what the best solution to get fat is and they said is to eat a huge amount every meal and eat it fast. I did those and gain not a single pound. I think being thin runs in our family. My sister already has three children and she's still as thin as me. People would look at her whenever my niece would call her mommy and they would ask, ......   12 reply

I eat a lot more than my friends do, and I always just eat whatever I crave (not like a pregnant person), and I generally stay around 140 lb :) I really don't crave sugar much though. I think high metabolisms run in my family. Mine generally slows down when I go to college, but it picks up again when I go home because my job takes a lot of physic......   reply

Sure, two years ago I gained some weight... Oh, but that was because I'm so lazy, ahaa! But I still can eat whatever I want at any time of the day or night... and that's the best! When this thing ends, I will cry a lot ( ̄∇ ̄")   reply
