A lot of acne problems come from internal issues like your gut and hormones, if you're a girl drink a lotttt of spearmint tea, it blocks androgens which are male hormones that increase during teen years and that causes acne, it also helps regulate oil production. Girl i thought that too and here i am in my junior year w/ acne battle scars, persisting redness and whiteheads Its okay mama, just cleanse your skin, maybe use som salicylic acid and moisturizer and you all good, any more than that and your skin barrier is fucked.   reply
