I love ships. To me they like triple the enjoyment i get out of a show :) Sometimes i just can't wait to finish a show, because i can already see that i will have just heaps of fun with the characters in fanworks. I simply chose not to interact with the parts of fandoms that ship real people, pedophilic ships, incest or really any content i dislike...... reply

I'm biased and know my opinion is not really fair but I've had my own experiences and I honestly think men would go as low as the law allows them. I'm sort of exaggerating here but I think if the law suddenly changed where 14 was the legal limit they would without hesitation try to hit on them. It's really gross but that's just how I feel. Personally I never really cared when it came to other people shipping fictional or real-life people as long as they weren't toxic or harming anyone in any way, if that makes sense. I mean, for example, my friends would say that "oh idol_ and idol_ should be together since they're so compatible.." and I never minded that but when I would hear about fans being like "NO THEY ARE MEANT TO BE TOGETHER" I would get upset and even disgusted especially when they would out-right say it to the people when they are visibly uncomfortable. I also never minded if they read fanfics on them as long as they weren't minors or anything. Like what is everyone else's thoughts on shipping?
